Since the summer of 2004, fifteen gymnasts have chosen to complete their respective competitive careers as graduating high school seniors while training at Wildfire. It is a compelling statistic: 15 graduating gymnasts inside fours years. Of these fifteen, 6 of them have committed to continuing their gymnastics experience at PAC 10 member schools. Four more have done the same involving schools in SoCal, NorCal, Utah and Maryland. Of these fifteen, 6 have earned full ride gymnastics scholarships, and three more, substantial academic scholarships. It is a component of Wildfire's philosophy to offer an environment compatible to the needs of college bound gymnasts. We align this concept with our program's absolute regard for the collegiate student athlete. During scholastic breaks we offer to them, wihout charge, access to the Wildfire facility and its resources.Several NCAA competitors have inspired our membership while training in the Wildfire gym. Presently we have welcomed up to 13 athletes from UCLA, Stanford, Oregon State, ASU, Iowa, Boise State and Seattle Pacific. Next year there will be more still, preparing to represent their schools in Southern Utah, NorCal and Maryland.Welcome to the College Page.
