- Thanksgiving Break: Nov 26-29, 2026: NO Team Workout All Levels. Normal workout resumes November 30th.
- Christmas Break: Dec 23rd – Jan 1st, 2026: NO Team Workout All Levels. Normal workout resumes January 4th.
- End of Season Break: May 17-21st, 2027 : NO Team Workout All Levels. Normal workout resumes May 24th.
- Summer Break: July 5-9th, 2027: NO Team Workout All Levels. Normal workout resumes July 12th.
- Team Christmas Party: December 18th 2026 : 3:30-7:30pm ALL LEVELS

- February 13-14 LONG BEACH OPEN: Levels 3-10, Long Beach Convention Center
- February 20-21 DREAM BIG INVITE: Levels 3/4/5, Cal State Fullerton
- February 25-28 CANCUN INVITE: Level 6-10, Moon Palace, Cancun Mexico
- March 20-21 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS: Levels 3-10, LA Convention Center
- April 10-11 REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS: Levels 8-10, Pleasanton CA

Our 2027 optional travel meet is the Cancun Invite!!!! February 25-28, 2027. Level 6-10 gymnasts are invited! Get your passports ready!
⚠️ IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION
To compete in the Cancun Invitational, you MUST:
✅ Register and book your trip through the official meet website.
✅ Stay at the host hotel, Moon Palace Cancun.
Gymnasts who do NOT stay at the Moon Palace will NOT be entered into the competition. This is a requirement set by the meet organizers.
EVERY COACH/FAMILY/ROOM NEEDS TO BE BOOKED IN THE GROUP BLOCK (DIRECTLY ON THE WEBSITE). Anyone that books through a membership, direct with the resort (not in the group block), Expedia, American Express Travel etc WILL NOT have access to the venue. Palace Resorts requires all participants of events to book directly with the group so they can monitor food/beverages for the event properly.

The deadline to confirm whether you are participating is SEPTEMBER 1, 2026.
After September 1, Wildfire is responsible for paying the meet entry fee on your behalf. If you withdraw after that date, you will still be responsible for the full meet entry fee, regardless of whether you attend the competition.
We have 2 rate options for rooms:

Some rooms have 2 bed options (King or 2 Double Beds). Please note that these are not guaranteed.
Main event nights (2/25, 2/26, 2/27, 2/28) have guaranteed availability (if the website permits booking). Any other dates from 2/22-2/25 and 2/29-3/3 are not guaranteed, so when a family/coach books, we will be notified and we will confirm availability within 48 hours. After confirming availability, the person booking will receive updated confirmation. The rates will be the exact same for any night confirmed. Although there should be no issue securing these additional nights, we strongly recommend waiting to book flights until everything has been confirmed. Families and coaches can check the status of these additional nights by selecting the modify booking link in their confirmation email.
